Lunch lecture Royal Haskoning DHV
Tuesday the 23rd of May Sander van den Brand will give a lunch lecture on behalf of Royal Haskoning. Royal HaskoningDHV is an independent engineering and project management consultancy with over 130 years of experience. Backed by expertise of nearly 7,000 employees across the world, we work for public and private clients in more than 130 countries. Our expertise centre “Resources Logistics” in Rotterdam has a long heritage in the handling and storage of dry bulk materials. Sander is a TU Delft and more specifically TEL alumnus and he will tell us about one of his first projects at Royal Haskoning in which he set up a coal export logistics chain in Indonesia. This project is complex due to its aim to accomplish a throughput of 12 million tons per year, from 9 different mines using different modalities and in a harsh environment. During this presentation, he will show us the challenges they have faced and the results they achieved! We are looking forward it to and hope to see you there, as per usual the lunch is free.
