Lunch Lecture Unilever (26-02-14)
On the 26th of Februari, we will organise our second lunch lecture, this time given by Unilever. They are the company behind many well-known brands, from the typical Dutch Unox products to brands like Ben & Jerry’s, to name just a few. Given the large amount of different products that are available worldwide, there are sure to be some interesting logistical challenges. During the lunch lecture, Unilever will tell us all about the way they deal with them. It is promising to be a very interesting lecture, so we hope that many of you are able to join us in lecture hall D at 3Me between 12.30 and 13.30. Lunch will be provided but supply is of course limited. Please note that attending this lunch lecture will earn you a ‘Colloquia credit’.
Bowling Night (29-01-14)
In a few weeks time, the first semester of the study year is already over. And what better way to end the first semester and get ready for the next, than to play an old fashioned game of bowling! We therefor like to invite all of you to join us on Wednesday Januari the 29th between 20.00 and 21.30 in ‘Gasterij ‘T Karrewiel‘ to do just that! The game and a round of drinks (and perhaps a second one) will be on us! So feel free to join us, but please make sure to register in advance so we can make sure there are enough lanes available.
